Your visit, your choice

Website analytics & privacy

When enabled on our production website, GoatCounter helps us understand traffic and improve the dashboard. Analytics stays off in local development and previews.

What is counted

We collect aggregate page visits, referring websites, browser and device information, and approximate country. We also count these dashboard actions:

Action counts identify the market, listing website’s hostname, or export format, not the property. We do not send entered financial amounts, personal inputs, calculator results, URL query strings, or individual listing URLs to analytics. The property-check service still receives the figures you submit to calculate your result.

No advertising tracking

This analytics integration does not use advertising trackers, cookies, or tracking IDs stored in your browser. GoatCounter temporarily processes your IP address and browser information to estimate unique visits; its privacy policy says this information is kept in memory for up to eight hours, not stored in its database. Reporting uses aggregate statistics.

Read GoatCounter’s privacy policy for its processing and storage details. External listing sites and other providers have their own privacy policies.

Your choice

When analytics is available, use the control below or in the dashboard footer to disable it in this browser. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. If you choose a setting, we save only that preference locally. You can change it at any time; disabling analytics does not remove previously aggregated counts.
